Return Process

  Log into your Cureveda account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a free home pickup through our portal.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
